You can say “I need space” or “Please don’t raise your voice.” When others respect your limits, trust grows. When they don’t, you can step back calmly. You deserve relationships that feel safe, not draining. Learning to identify and voice your needs helps you stay grounded around others. Healthy boundaries create emotional balance.
