2.21 – Accepting That Healing Has No Timeline: One of the hardest parts of healing is realizing you can’t rush it. Acceptance teaches you that growth unfolds in its own time. Some days will feel peaceful, others heavy, and both are part of the process. Comparing your progress to others only slows you down. When you stop counting the days and start trusting the rhythm, calm begins to return. Acceptance helps you release guilt for not being “over it” yet. It reminds you that time doesn’t heal; understanding and patience do. Healing becomes less about speed and more about depth. Every step forward, no matter how small, still counts. This mindset brings lasting peace and protects you from unnecessary pressure.
