Lesson Overview

5.12 – The Role of Insecurity in Jealousy: Insecurity acts like the soil where jealousy grows. When you doubt your value, others’ success feels like proof of your flaws. These thoughts can build stories that aren’t true but feel real. The key is to notice those thoughts before they take root. Asking where insecurity began often reveals old experiences of rejection or fear. Rebuilding trust in yourself takes time but pays off in peace. Remind yourself that worth is not measured by comparison. The more you build self-confidence, the less jealousy can feed on doubt. Growth comes from owning both strengths and imperfections. When insecurity is replaced by acceptance, jealousy loses its foundation and fades away.
