This short exercise focuses on slowing your breathing, relaxing your shoulders, and grounding your attention. You can start by exhaling fully, then breathing in through your nose and counting to four. As you breathe, notice how the air feels cool coming in and warm going out. The goal is not perfection but simply to pause the stress loop. This single minute gives your body a cue that you are safe. With practice, your body learns this signal and starts calming faster on its own. The more often you use it, the quicker it works. That one minute can change how the next hour of your day feels and help you think more clearly.
