🧘🏽 Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills *coming soon *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

3.6 – Writing as a Coping Strategy: Writing helps turn confusing emotions into words you can see and understand. When feelings stay in your head, they can grow heavy and tangled. Putting them on paper gives them structure and distance. You can write freely without judging grammar or spelling. Lists, letters, or short reflections all work. Sometimes you might write what you wish you could say or what you fear to admit. When you finish, you may feel lighter and clearer. You can keep your writings or tear them up—it’s about release, not perfection. Writing also helps you track triggers and growth. Over time, your pages tell the story of your resilience.
