Keep a forgiveness list for small daily irritations. Write down what you’re releasing and when you did it. Practice forgiving yourself for minor mistakes too. Repeat the routine until peace feels automatic. Forgiveness frees space for focus, not weakness. Little releases lead to lasting calm.
