Regular breaks improve focus and creativity more than pushing through exhaustion. When you move, breathe, or drink water, your body releases built-up tension. These micro-moments of rest add up to major calm. You don’t have to earn a break; you have to allow it. Building short pauses into your schedule trains your mind to recharge naturally.
