Course overview
Lesson Overview

31.9 – Identifying Strengths You Already Have: Everyone has strengths, even if they’re hard to see at times. Recognizing them helps you become more resilient because you remember what you’re capable of. Strengths can be skills like problem-solving, empathy, or creativity, or qualities like patience and determination. Taking time to name your strengths builds confidence for when life gets tough. It reminds you that you’ve faced challenges before and made it through. When you focus on what you can do instead of what you can’t, your mindset becomes stronger. Identifying your strengths also helps you use them intentionally when stress appears. It’s like having tools in a toolbox—you can reach for the right one when needed. The more you practice seeing your strengths, the more natural resilience becomes. Believing in yourself is the first step toward thriving through adversity.
