Lesson Overview

9.2 – Mapping Your Circle of Support: Mapping your support means clearly identifying who you can count on for different needs. Some people listen well, others offer advice, and some provide comfort just by being there. Drawing or listing your “support circle” helps you see where to turn in different situations. You might have emotional supports, practical supports, and professional ones. Seeing it written out reminds you that help exists even when you feel alone. It can also show where new connections might be needed. Updating your circle over time keeps your network strong and balanced. Knowing who’s in your corner builds both safety and confidence.
