Not every part of your life needs to be public or discussed digitally. Being mindful about access protects both privacy and mental health. It’s okay to mute, block, or set communication rules when needed. Boundaries with technology teach others that your time has value. They help you live in the present moment without distraction. Digital discipline makes your connections deeper and more meaningful. You control your devices—they shouldn’t control you. Technology should serve your life, not drain it.
