Lesson Overview

36.21 – Building Awareness of Trust Patterns: Every person develops patterns about how they give or withhold trust. Some trust too quickly out of hope, while others trust too slowly out of fear. Becoming aware of your own pattern helps you see where it protects or limits you. You might notice that you trust certain personality types or situations that mirror past experiences. Reflecting on your history reveals whether you choose familiarity or safety. Awareness turns trust from a reaction into a choice. It allows you to recognize when your instincts are based on present truth versus old wounds. Building this awareness requires honesty and curiosity about your emotions. Journaling, therapy, or open discussion can help uncover what trust means to you. The more conscious you become of your trust habits, the more power you have to shape them. Trust then becomes something you build intentionally, not accidentally, creating healthier, more secure connections.
