1.14 – Connecting Emotions to Personal Values: Feelings point to what you care about most. Anger may show a value of fairness. Sadness may show a value of love. Joy may show a value of growth or connection. When you know the value, you can choose actions that fit. Ask, “What does this feeling say I care about?” Then pick a next step that honors that value. This turns pain into purpose. It also turns energy into progress. Values help you steer through storms. They make your choices feel true.
