Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.13 – Learning to Accept Emotional Experiences: Acceptance means allowing the feeling to be present without giving it the wheel. You can hold a feeling and still act by your values. Resisting often makes feelings louder. Allowing lets them pass sooner. Try saying, “This is hard, and I can handle it.” Place a hand on your heart to add warmth. Choose one small action that matches what matters to you. Acceptance is not giving up; it is stepping forward wisely. With practice, acceptance builds inner strength. Peace grows where struggle used to be.
