Lesson Overview

32.24 – Writing a Forgiveness Letter (Not Sent): Writing a forgiveness letter you never send is one of the most healing acts you can do for yourself. It gives your emotions a voice without needing a response. In this letter, you can express your anger, sadness, and disappointment freely. You can also state what you’re choosing to release and why. It’s an emotional cleansing that turns chaos into clarity. You may find that writing brings hidden truths to the surface—feelings you didn’t realize you carried. The purpose isn’t to change the other person but to change your relationship with the pain. By finishing the letter, you symbolically close that emotional chapter. You can choose to keep it, tear it up, or even burn it as a ritual of release. What matters is that your heart feels lighter. Forgiveness begins with speaking your truth to yourself.
