Visualization helps your body relax and your emotions reset. It invites a sense of closure and power. Practiced regularly, it changes the way your mind associates with pain, turning anger into understanding. Forgiveness becomes something you can see, feel, and live. Over time, you’ll find that what once felt heavy becomes lighter, and what once seemed impossible begins to feel natural.
