8.10 – Creating a Resilience Ritual: A resilience ritual is a simple routine that reminds you of your strength. It might be morning journaling, evening gratitude, or repeating a daily mantra. Rituals create consistency during uncertain times. They help your body and mind reset after challenges. By returning to your ritual, you remind yourself, “I’ve gotten through hard days before, and I can again.” Over time, the ritual becomes a symbol of endurance and peace. It doesn’t need to be long or perfect—just meaningful. Your resilience ritual is proof that you can build calm on purpose, not just by chance.
