Lesson Overview

2.11 – When Good Stress Becomes Bad Stress: Some stress motivates you to act, but too much can overwhelm. Good stress gives energy, while bad stress drains it. The shift happens when pressure doesn’t stop or you don’t get recovery time. You may notice constant tension, poor sleep, or irritability. Learning where that line is helps you adjust early. Breaks, movement, and laughter bring your stress back to healthy levels. The key is balance—enough push to grow, but enough rest to restore. Stress isn’t the enemy; imbalance is. Recognizing when good turns to bad lets you take charge before burnout begins.
