Lesson Overview

10.02 – What Is Resilience and Can You Really Build It?: Resilience isn’t a trait you’re born with; it’s a skill built through challenge and recovery. It grows each time you confront pain and decide to keep learning from it instead of running away. Some days resilience means standing tall, and other days it means crawling forward inch by inch. You strengthen it by reflecting on what helped you survive your hardest times and applying those lessons again. Support, structure, and self-belief are the fuel that keeps it alive. People who seem “naturally strong” have simply practiced getting back up more often. Building resilience requires patience with yourself and the courage to accept failure as part of progress. Over time, you realize that resilience doesn’t erase pain—it helps you move through it with purpose.
