7.10 – Making Space for Your Own Voice: Your voice matters even if it shakes. For years, you may have learned to please others or stay quiet to avoid conflict. Finding your voice starts by listening to what you really think and feel. Journaling, art, or speaking out loud can help uncover thoughts you’ve buried. Confidence grows each time you express yourself honestly. Some people won’t understand, but that’s part of growth. When you stop editing yourself for comfort, you start building authenticity. Space for your voice means room for your needs, boundaries, and emotions. You are allowed to take up space without apology. Over time, you’ll notice your voice guiding you toward better choices and stronger relationships. Expression becomes self-respect when it’s rooted in truth.
