Lesson Overview

13.08 – Being Ghosted and Rebuilding Your Confidence: Being ghosted can feel like your worth disappeared overnight, but it says more about their avoidance than your value. Closure doesn’t always come from explanation—it often comes from acceptance. When someone vanishes without warning, they remove the chance for growth on their part, not yours. The silence hurts because it leaves unanswered questions, yet those questions fade when you redirect your focus inward. Rebuild confidence by reconnecting with the things that make you proud and whole outside of love. Their silence does not define your importance. Healing begins when you replace “What did I do wrong?” with “What do I deserve next?” Confidence grows when you understand that being ignored isn’t rejection of your worth—it’s reflection of their immaturity.
