Lesson Overview

2.41 – Setting Boundaries After a Crisis: After crisis, boundaries protect your healing space. Say “no” to situations or people that drain or trigger you. Recovery demands rest and selective energy use. Communicate clearly about what feels safe and what doesn’t. Real friends will respect your limits; others will reveal themselves. Boundaries are not walls but gates—you control who enters and when. Use time blocks for self-care before commitments. If guilt appears, remind yourself that peace requires protection. Writing boundaries helps you enforce them without emotion clouding judgment. Over time, practicing boundaries becomes confidence training. The goal is balance between connection and safety. Each time you uphold one, your stability strengthens. Healing continues when you protect the environment it grows in. You are allowed to guard your peace fiercely.
