8.18 – Dreams Where They're Still Alive: Grief can blur the line between memory and reality, especially when they appear in your dreams. Waking up from a dream where they were alive can bring comfort and sadness all at once. You might wonder what those dreams mean or if they’re trying to tell you something. Whether spiritual or psychological, dreams offer a safe space for your mind to reconnect and process emotions that waking life can’t hold. Instead of fearing the dreams, allow them to remind you of your continuing bond. Write them down if they comfort you, or release them if they stir too much pain. Your subconscious uses symbols and memories to help your heart understand loss in ways words cannot. These dream moments don’t replace reality—they help bridge the distance between what was and what still lives inside you.
