4.33 – When People Keep Labeling You: Labels can be limiting, even when they seem harmless. People often label what they don’t understand. When others try to define you, remember that only you decide who you are. Refuse to fit into boxes that shrink your identity. Calmly correcting misconceptions teaches others how to see you accurately. Not reacting in anger shows strength and control. You can embrace some labels while rejecting others entirely. Growth means outgrowing titles that no longer fit. Your worth isn’t found in anyone’s opinion. The most powerful label you can carry is the one you create for yourself.
