15.40 – What to Do When You’re Mad at God: Feeling angry with God or your higher power can be confusing, but anger is a form of relationship—it shows you still care. When suffering feels unfair, you might wonder why your prayers weren’t answered or why good people hurt. Expressing this anger honestly doesn’t push the divine away; it deepens connection. Speak your frustration aloud, write it down, or pray honestly without filtering emotion. Anger is part of grief and healing. Over time, expressing it clears space for understanding. You may realize that faith is not about control but trust beyond comprehension. Being mad at God is human; staying silent about it isolates you. When you bring your truth forward, grace often meets you there. Eventually, anger softens into acceptance, and your relationship with faith becomes more mature, resilient, and real.
