Lesson Overview

10.26 – Staying Grounded During Big Life Changes: Change often feels like losing your footing, even when the shift is positive. Staying grounded begins with anchoring yourself in routines that remind you who you are beyond your circumstances. Consistency creates calm; something as small as a morning walk, a gratitude list, or a set time to breathe keeps you steady. When everything around you moves fast, slowing down becomes a form of control. Grounding also means noticing your body—your breath, heartbeat, and the space you occupy. The present moment is always safer than the stories fear tells about tomorrow. By returning to what is stable, you train your nervous system to find balance again. Each moment you center yourself during chaos builds resilience that will carry you through future storms with more confidence and less panic.
