Lesson Overview

7.11 – What If You Don’t Fit Into a Category?: Many people feel pressure to label themselves just to be understood. But life isn’t always that simple. Sometimes you exist between boxes—and that’s okay. The world may want clarity, but your identity is allowed to be fluid and evolving. When you stop forcing definitions, you free yourself to explore more honestly. It’s okay to change your style, opinions, or direction as you learn who you are. Labels can help, but they don’t have to limit. The most authentic people often resist easy explanations. Being undefined is not being lost—it’s being open. The goal isn’t to fit in perfectly; it’s to build peace with being complex. You are not a question mark—you are a story still being written.
