Lesson Overview

34.7 – Living in a Body That’s Always Tired: Constant tiredness can feel like carrying a weight you can’t set down. It may come from poor sleep, stress, poor nutrition, or even emotional burnout. When your body never feels fully rested, your motivation and focus naturally drop. You may feel like you’re falling behind no matter how hard you try. Sometimes, the cause isn’t laziness—it’s depletion. The first step is noticing what drains your energy the most: people, habits, or routines that don’t support your health. Movement, hydration, and mindful breaks can restore some of that lost balance. Listening to your body’s small signals helps prevent full exhaustion later. Rest is not a reward—it’s maintenance. When you honor your body’s limits instead of pushing past them, recovery becomes possible. Over time, small improvements in rest and nourishment rebuild energy and restore your sense of control.
