29.28 – You’re Not “Crazy” for Feeling This Way: When emotions run high, it’s easy to think something is wrong with you. People may label your anger as “too much,” but feeling deeply doesn’t make you broken—it makes you human. Everyone has moments when frustration, hurt, and fear collide. What matters is what you do with those feelings once they appear. Recognizing that you’re allowed to feel anger takes away the shame that often fuels it. You don’t have to hide behind smiles or silence to be accepted. Emotional intensity can be powerful when directed with purpose. You’re not crazy—you’re learning emotional language that many adults never master. Feeling strongly means you care deeply, and that’s nothing to apologize for.
