Lesson Overview

5.02 – Staying Motivated When You Don’t See the Point: Motivation fades when your purpose feels blurry. To reignite it, you need reminders of why your effort matters. Start by setting goals that actually excite you—not ones you feel forced into. Break them into small wins so you can see proof of progress. When results take time, shift focus to consistency over perfection. Motivation is built through movement, not waiting for inspiration. Reward yourself for staying in motion, even on hard days. Surround yourself with people who remind you of your potential. Visualize where your actions could lead six months from now. Use routines to carry you when feelings fade. Revisit your purpose regularly, writing it where you can see it. Motivation grows when you act even when it’s low. Each step forward becomes its own reason to keep going. The point appears when you decide to create it instead of waiting to find it.
