Lesson Overview

1.28 – What Does Healing Look Like?: Healing doesn’t move in straight lines—it’s more like waves. Some days you feel powerful; other days you slide back. That’s normal. Healing looks like getting out of bed when you’d rather hide, setting boundaries, forgiving yourself, and choosing hope again. It’s crying less than before, smiling more than you used to, and not believing every dark thought. Progress often hides in small victories. Comparing your healing to someone else’s will only slow you down. Growth takes time, patience, and grace. You don’t have to be “fixed” to be healing—you just have to keep going.
