Lesson Overview

1.30 – How to Handle Feeling Left Out: Being excluded cuts deep because humans crave belonging. When others ignore or forget you, your brain reads it as danger. You might question your worth or overthink every detail. The truth is, sometimes people’s choices have nothing to do with you. Focus on connections that feed you, not those that drain you. Include yourself in your own life—plan, create, and share even when others don’t. Confidence grows when you stop waiting for permission to belong. People are drawn to those who know their own value. You’re already enough, with or without their approval.
