Lesson Overview

7.15 – Discovering the Parts of You That Were Suppressed: Sometimes, to fit in, you hide the pieces of yourself that felt too loud, different, or sensitive. Those parts still exist, waiting for acknowledgment. Rediscovering them can feel emotional but freeing. It might be creativity, sensitivity, or a childhood dream you buried. Healing begins when you welcome those parts back without shame. You can’t be whole while rejecting your truth. Reconnecting with yourself might mean forgiving the version of you that tried to survive by shrinking. Every suppressed part holds wisdom about what you value most. When you embrace them, you gain confidence and authenticity. The goal is not to become someone new, but to become complete again.
