Lesson Overview

24.39 – Letting Go of Judgment in Mindful Practice: Judgment sneaks into mindfulness when we evaluate performance: “I’m doing this wrong.” Awareness has no grade. Let each moment unfold as it is. When you catch yourself judging, label it “thinking” and breathe. This interrupts the spiral of criticism. Accepting imperfection transforms practice into freedom. Mindfulness isn’t measured by peace achieved but by awareness maintained. When you stop chasing perfect calm, genuine calm appears naturally. Judgment fades because curiosity takes its place. Each nonjudgmental breath becomes proof that growth happens through permission, not pressure.
