1.44 – How to Track Your Emotions Daily: Tracking emotions is like keeping weather records for your mind—it helps you predict storms before they hit. Use a notebook, phone app, or chart with simple icons or colors. Record what you feel, when, and why. Over time you’ll notice patterns: maybe Sundays are stressful, or certain people drain your energy. Once you see the patterns, you can prepare or make changes. Tracking emotions also shows progress—feelings that once ruled your day might appear less often. This habit trains emotional awareness and balance. Just five minutes a day can reveal more about your mental health than guessing ever could. The goal isn’t to control every feeling but to understand their rhythm.
