Lesson Overview

29.16 – “I Hate Everyone” – Feeling Like You're About to Explode: There are moments when the world feels unbearable—when you want everyone to leave you alone because everything irritates you. That boiling energy often hides exhaustion, disappointment, or feeling misunderstood. Saying “I hate everyone” can be your brain’s way of demanding space to reset. It doesn’t mean you truly hate people; it means your capacity to deal with stress is running out. When that feeling comes, step away before the storm spreads. Movement, music, or quiet can help you reset the emotional overload. Once your body calms, your perspective returns. Anger at everyone is usually anger at too much happening all at once. Learning to rest, not rage, helps you recover your balance. You’re not bad for feeling that way—you’re just overloaded and need peace.
