13.20 – When You Can’t Stop Thinking About Them: Obsessive thoughts after love or attraction aren’t signs of weakness—they’re your brain processing emotional withdrawal. When someone lingers in your mind, it’s often because your heart is searching for closure. Replaying conversations or checking their posts may offer brief relief but delay healing. Focus instead on re-channeling energy into your routines, passions, and friendships. Emotional balance returns when you feed your identity outside that relationship. Thinking about them will fade when you stop needing answers they can’t provide. Growth happens when you shift from seeking validation to rebuilding self-trust. Time won’t erase the memory, but it will soften the hold.
