Lesson Overview

1.32 – When You Don’t Trust Your Own Feelings: Doubting your feelings happens when people once told you that you were “too sensitive” or “overreacting.” Over time, you start second-guessing every emotion. Rebuilding trust starts with validation: if you feel it, it’s real. Feelings aren’t right or wrong—they’re information. Instead of judging them, listen to what they say. Ask, “What is this feeling trying to tell me?” Journaling or therapy helps you see patterns. Trust grows each time you honor what’s inside instead of dismissing it. Your emotions are signals, not problems to fix.
