Lesson Overview

19.06 – Creating a Mood Playlist for Each Emotion: Making mood playlists turns your emotions into soundtracks for your life. You can have a playlist for anger, sadness, peace, or motivation. Each song becomes a safe space where your feelings feel seen. When you match your mood to music, it helps your brain regulate energy and emotion without forcing positivity. You start to understand your emotional waves and learn how to ride them instead of drowning in them. These playlists can also help you track your growth—how your song choices change as you heal or evolve. It’s more than just listening; it’s emotional pattern recognition through sound. Over time, your playlists become personal tools for balance. They remind you that emotions are temporary but worth feeling fully. When you press play, you tell your heart, “I’m allowed to feel, but I’m also allowed to move forward.”
