Lesson Overview

4.14 – What Happens When a Friendship Ends: When a friendship ends, it can feel like losing a piece of yourself. You may replay memories and wonder what went wrong. Not all endings are failures—some are growth in disguise. People change, and sometimes paths simply separate. Grieving the end of a friendship is natural and healthy. Take time to reflect on what the relationship taught you. Avoid bitterness; focus on gratitude for the good moments. Closure often comes from within, not from the other person. Healing happens when you release blame and choose peace. Every ending makes space for new connections that align with who you’re becoming.
