Lesson Overview

28.04 – Your Worth Is Not Based on Likes or Followers: The number of likes, comments, or followers you have online can’t measure your value. Social media rewards attention, not authenticity, and chasing approval there can make you forget who you really are. When you depend on screens for validation, silence starts to feel like rejection—but it’s not. Real worth isn’t earned through algorithms; it’s built through integrity, kindness, and persistence offline. Every post fades eventually, but your actions and how you treat others last much longer. Confidence comes from knowing your purpose, not your popularity. You are not less valuable when fewer people notice you—you are powerful because you notice yourself. The more you practice self-approval, the less external approval controls you, and the more peaceful you become in your own identity.
