Lesson Overview

29.38 – You Are Not Just Your Anger—There’s More to You: Anger might be loud, but it’s not your whole identity. You also carry kindness, creativity, humor, and care. When you define yourself only by outbursts, you forget the softer strengths that make you human. Recognizing your full self helps loosen anger’s grip. The more balanced your self-image becomes, the less control rage has over your story. You can feel angry without being “an angry person.” Every day you practice self-awareness, you add proof that you’re more than your emotions. Identity grows wider than one feeling—it includes resilience, empathy, and purpose. You are not your worst moment; you are everything you’ve learned from it.
