Lesson Overview

26.48 – You Deserve Love, Freedom, and Safety: You are worthy of unconditional love, personal freedom, and physical safety—none of which depend on others’ approval. Love should never require shrinking yourself to fit someone else’s comfort. Freedom means living truthfully without fear, knowing your choices have value. Safety is the foundation that allows both to flourish. Build your life around people who respect all three. Anyone who threatens them does not deserve access to your peace. Setting boundaries, leaving harmful spaces, and trusting your instincts are acts of self-respect, not rebellion. Society may try to convince you that acceptance must be earned, but that’s false. Existence itself makes you deserving of care and security. Repeat it until it feels real: your identity is not a danger, and your happiness is not negotiable. Love, freedom, and safety are rights, not privileges, and you belong to all three.
