Lesson Overview

26.02 – When You’re Questioning Your Gender or Sexuality: Questioning means exploring your feelings and seeing what fits without pressure to rush or define yourself too soon. It’s a time of discovery where uncertainty is completely okay. Some people feel attraction that surprises them, or notice that traditional gender roles don’t match how they feel inside. This exploration can bring excitement and confusion at once, but it’s part of growth. You don’t need anyone’s permission to wonder who you are becoming. Take time to reflect, write, talk to trusted people, or simply observe your emotions. There’s no finish line to reach—just self-awareness unfolding. Comparing yourself to others only adds stress; your timeline is your own. What matters most is honesty with yourself and patience as things take shape. The more you listen inwardly, the clearer your truth becomes, and that clarity leads to peace, not pressure.
