4.12 – How to Handle Being Ignored: Being ignored can make you question your worth, but silence often says more about them than about you. People who ignore you may be avoiding confrontation or seeking control. Instead of chasing attention, focus on people who reciprocate effort. Your energy is too valuable to waste on confusion. Sometimes distance reveals who truly cares. Confidence grows when you stop begging for inclusion. Communication can clear misunderstandings, but constant neglect is a red flag. Stay calm and self-assured even when others are cold. The best response is to keep growing while they stay stuck. You’re never invisible to those who genuinely value you.
