Lesson Overview

12.10 – Creating a Legacy While Still in School: A legacy doesn’t start when you’re famous; it starts with your daily choices right now. The way you treat others, the standards you uphold, and the projects you pursue shape how people remember you. You don’t need wealth or status to build influence—you need consistency and purpose. Each time you stand up for what’s right or help someone without expecting reward, you add to your legacy. Think about what message your actions send today, because that’s what becomes your reputation tomorrow. Legacies grow through habits, not moments. Start small: mentor a peer, create a resource, or start a positive tradition. Leadership within your community plants seeds that continue growing long after you’ve moved on. True legacy is about impact, not image—it’s the silent mark left when your presence has made someone else’s path a little brighter and easier.
