15.12 – What If You’ve Lost Faith in Everything?: Losing faith can feel like falling into emptiness, yet sometimes that space is where renewal begins. When nothing feels certain, you’re given a chance to rebuild from honesty instead of habit. It’s natural to feel disconnected or betrayed by what once gave you strength, but emptiness can become fertile ground for growth. You don’t need instant answers; you need patience with yourself as you rediscover meaning. Sometimes faith breaks so it can rebuild wider, kinder, and freer. It’s okay to start small—hope in a sunrise, gratitude for a breath, trust in your ability to heal. Each moment of openness becomes a seed of belief returning in new form. Losing faith isn’t the end; it’s a transition toward authenticity. Out of confusion comes clarity, and out of silence comes a personal truth you can finally trust again.
