Lesson Overview

9.27 – When No One Else Around You Feels Safe Either: Living where everyone is anxious or defensive can make calmness feel impossible. You might absorb their tension without realizing it, your body mirroring their fear. But even in chaos, you can create small zones of peace. Start by protecting your own emotional space—listen to calming music, practice breathing exercises, or take quiet walks to reset your mind. Remember, someone else’s fear doesn’t have to control your mood. When others panic, you can still choose steadiness. Set healthy boundaries by leaving spaces that overwhelm you when possible. Each time you model calm, you give others silent permission to do the same. Safety can begin with one person choosing peace. Even if the environment stays loud, your inner calm can become the safest place you know.
