Lesson Overview

1.14 – Being Angry Without Becoming Destructive: Anger isn’t evil—it’s energy that needs direction. When handled right, it shows what matters to you. But when it bursts uncontrolled, it can damage relationships or safety. Learning to pause before reacting gives you time to think clearly. You can channel anger through movement, writing, or conversation instead of violence or cruelty. Saying “I’m angry” is more powerful than yelling. You can feel rage without turning harmful. Controlling anger doesn’t mean hiding it—it means guiding it. When you learn that difference, anger becomes fuel for change, not chaos.
