17.31 – When You’re Being Bullied by a Group: Facing group bullying feels isolating because it’s not just one person—it’s a crowd echoing cruelty. The first step is to stay physically safe by avoiding known triggers or gatherings when possible. Keep written logs of each incident including dates, times, and witnesses. Report the situation to trusted adults immediately and provide documentation. If online harassment is involved, screenshot and block instead of engaging. Build a small circle of allies who can walk with you or speak up on your behalf. Don’t let the group’s noise define your worth. Remember, group cruelty often hides insecurity and immaturity. Responding calmly, using facts and support, weakens their power. Healing begins when you choose self-respect over revenge and use your voice through official channels, not anger.
