4.36 – Coping With a Crush That Goes Wrong: Having a crush can feel exciting until it ends in rejection or embarrassment. It’s normal to feel disappointed or awkward when things don’t work out. Don’t let one experience define how you see yourself. Sometimes crushes teach us what we want and what we don’t. Rejection hurts, but it also builds resilience. Keep your dignity by staying kind and calm. Avoid chasing validation from someone who doesn’t reciprocate. Redirect that energy into hobbies, friendships, or goals that make you shine. Confidence comes from self-love, not outside approval. Every crush, good or bad, helps shape emotional maturity.
